Delivery information:

We charge a UK flat rate of £3.95 shipping and aim for you to recieve your items within 3-5 working days. There may be occassions where delivery will take longer, in these rare situations you will be notified of any delays.

Europe and the rest of the World: Our European and Worldwide delivery charges vary, please contact us directly for a qoute.

Returns:

In the event that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund The money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had Free Delivery will be charged delivery charge once goods are returned.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

Please provide a copy of your invoice with all returns as we will not be able to return any monies without this.
